Hello from Gut Füchtel!

My name is Kerstin Senne and for me the Café Gut Füchtel is a very exciting challenge. A small but highly distinguished house with a cosy and agreeable atmosphere, in which my guests are bound to feel relaxed and comfortable.

Gut Füchtel has a long tradition. The direct view on to the 800 years old manor house and the idyllic positioning in the middle of the Füchteler forest attracts visitors all year round, again and again. The newly decorated café is not only pleasant and hospitable, but strives also to transport an awareness for the needs and problems that come along with keeping such a historic site alive. For that reason you will encounter numerous traces of the past, for example maps and picture documents inside. Above the tile stove you find the crest of the families Merveldt and Elmendorff who owned this place since several hundred of years.
