Ann Kitchel is breeder of this marvellous colt and stallion prospect that is selected for the coming Elite auction in Vechta on Oct. 1st. He is bred by Floriscount out of her premium mare Frieda by Dormello - Silvio and he is fullbrother to "Future Star" that was the highest priced top colt at the Vechta sumer sales Elite auction 2010. "Firework" at the Verden Elite Foal Auction

Details

On August 19th the biggest foal auction in europe started at Verden auction center. with number 32 the floriscount colt "Firework" had the highest price with 24.000 Euro on Fryday. He was bred by Erika Lütjen from Grasberg out of a Lauris Crusador xx mother and is sold to Switzerland. Congratulation to breeder and buyers!

Floriscount has the biggest crop of foals in this Elite auction that goes on for three days from Fryday to Sunday afternoon, with 21 offsprings in the catalogue!

Floriscount wins at Rastede!

Details

After more than two month show break because of his busy breeding job, Floriscount showed very well at the Oldenburg Championship at Rastede on July 19th. He won the six year old warm up for the Warendorf Qualification with 80 % by a mile with Markus Gribbe. Everyone could see that he developes perfectly and now we will prepare him for his start at the Federal Championship in Warendorf the first week of September (Bundeschampionate).

Final of German Foal Championship

Details

A great success for Floriscount at the German Foal Championship at Lienen! He had five great offsprings qualified for the final round held at Lienen on July 16th. From 120 colts the judges selected 10 for the final. Here Floriscount had two of his sons in the ring. a wonderful typed Floriscount - Sunny Boy colt placed 9th and a super moving colt by Floriscount - Metternich placed 4th and received two times a 10 (!) and once a 9,5 for his gaits!! Congratulation to the proud breeder Nicole Wanning from Schüttorf and the new owner Mrs. K. Klieber. Another Elite auction filly by Detroit!

Details

Today was the foal inspection at the Kathmann stud at Holtrup. We have been there with two fillies from our old Weissena line: One was the bay filly by "Ampere" out of  StPrSt. "Wescana" by Royal Hit - Donnerschwee, breeder Mrs. Trudi Butler, Florida. This amazing filly received the Premium award and showed really well. Congratulation Trudi! Your mare is Elite mare now!

Our black filly by "Detroit" and "Wellness" by Stedinger - De Niro showed her great gaits in a fantastic round. She recieved Premium too and was selected for the Elite foal auction at Vechta in August. Here once again we have a super filly from our old "Weissena" line that produces that well. Halfbrother of Wellness is the austrian licensing winner "Auheims Rhaposario" who in the meanwhile has won international PSG and Intermediaire.
